45岁吴彦祖(Daniel)30日在社交媒体上发出了两张腹肌对比照,直言2019年的下半年比上半年更好,皆因今年3月他曾因盲肠溃烂,经历生死边缘,“所以在2020年最重要的就是身体健康,因为没有健康,你将一无所有。”

吴彦祖在其Instagram发出两张对比照,左图中的他有6块腹肌,身型很好,不过右图中的他身形明显消瘦了不少,而且伤口贴住纱布。

他在文中自言2019年下半年比上半年过得好,左图是他在今年1月拍下的照片,当时的他正值40岁以来的最佳状态。但在3月,吴彦祖因为盲肠炎而入院,不过初时他以为只是食物中毒,所以拖延了3日才去医院,结果引致盲肠化脓溃烂,几乎丧命。

吴彦祖留医一个星期期间被禁止进食,体重暴跌18磅,大部份肌肉都因而流失。在出院后,他因为要休养,所以有长达6星期不能做运动。

之后吴彦祖不断努力增磅回复身形型,他直言:“这是一个很大的警钟,让我不要把健康视为理所当然。所以在2020年最重要的就是身体健康,因为没有健康,你将一无所有。”

不少粉丝都留言提醒吴彦祖注意健康,并祝福他在新一年事事顺利。

稍后,吴彦祖再上载一段做运动短片,可见他狂做sit up,腹部肌肉明显变得结实,线条亦相当明显,还有一对手臂肌同样粗壮。

他留言表示:“感谢所有的客气话,但我的上一篇帖子并不意味着您为我感到难过。我已经完全康复,事实上,我45岁的身体感觉很好。这篇文章的重点是告诉大家要照顾好自己,不要忽视身体向您发送的信息。特别是男人!别像我想成为的笨蛋硬汉!如果有伤痕,请检查一下。另一个好处是,健康不一定代表您健康。定期检查身体,并在2020年保持健康!祝大家新年快乐!”

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

I would have to say the second half of 2019 was much better than the first half. In January I was in the best shape of my 40’s then in March I was hospitalized with a burst appendix that I had thought was food poisoning so waited three days before I finally went to the hospital. I was so septic by that time that I almost lost my life. I spent a week in the hospital and was not allowed to eat thus losing 18 pounds and most of my muscle mass as you can see on the right. After being released I was not allowed to workout for another 6 weeks. It took me the rest of the year to gain back the weight and get back into shape. This was a big wake up call for me to not take my health for granted. So here’s to good health for 2020 because without your health you have nothing. If there is something bothering you, don’t procrastinate and get it checked out. You can never be too safe.
